Process
- Client decides they want a replacement car
- Bankruptcy attorney refers them to Drive Now Westlake
PROCEDURES
- Drive Now Westlake provides client with car payment and loan amount for court approval
- Attorney sends the estimate to the Chapter 13 trustee for pre-approval
- Attorney files a motion for approval with the Court to incur the new debt
- Once the judge signs an order for approval, the debt or purchases the vehicle through Drive Now Westlake
